The Connect program is designed to create opportunities for new employment and community transition for students who have completed their High School program. The Connect program focuses on the individual transition goals for employment, education, training, and independent living skills for each student enrolled. Students are provided opportunities to expand their employment skills, academic knowledge and skills for independent and community living, with the support of the special educator and the transition department.
